215.2. The school service centres must facilitate the sharing of resources and services, especially administrative resources and services, with each other, with other public bodies, including municipalities, or with educational institutions governed by the Act respecting private education (chapter E-9.1) if sharing allows them, in pursuing their mission, to fulfill efficiency and cost-benefit requirements in the management of human, financial and physical resources. For those purposes, the Minister may request a school service centre to produce an analysis evaluating opportunities to share resources and services with another school service centre.
Following this analysis, the Minister may make recommendations or require that measures facilitating the sharing of resources or services be put in place between two school service centres.
